Providing quality service is at the heart of our business. Hiring the most qualified candidates to provide service to our clients will ensure a long-lasting partnership between Sodexo and Binghamton University. One of the most important things we do is hire the right people for the right jobs. When we fill a vacant position, we want to select the best qualified candidate for that position. We collect a lot of information about the candidates’ education, experience, and competencies. Our job is to put all of this information together and to make a well-informed decision about which candidate is the best qualified. Simply put, the “best qualified” candidate is the candidate who we believe, after careful consideration of the information collected during the hiring process, has the best mix of skills and abilities to be successful in the position.
Diversity and inclusion, sustainability, wellness and fighting hunger are fundamental to Sodexo’s commitment to making every day a better day for us all. We are known throughout our industry as a top employer of talented individuals, and are proud of our track record in providing a highly rewarding work environment, with opportunities for professional and personal development, and career growth.
Sodexo is an EEO/AA/Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran employer. Sodexo is committed to upholding the spirit and principles of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and the 1998 amendment to the Act.
