Binghamton University Dining Services uses the TxtandTell program at all community dining room locations. The TxtandTell program provides students the opportunity to give immediate feedback to Binghamton University Dining Services by allowing them to text comments and questions from their cell phone. These texts will be received in real time by management staff and the feedback and responses are posted on digital screens for everyone to see. The system can also allow students to instantly rate the food, service, cleanliness and menu variety so quick action can be taken if needed.
To provide further incentive for the students to use the program, a TxtandTell winner is chosen at random on a monthly basis and the winner receives a $25 meal card! The objective of the TxtandTell program is to increase communication between students and dining services in order to continually improve overall quality.
Do you want to have a say in your dining program? Speak with a manager in any of the locations about your comments or concerns.
