Self-ordering kiosks coming to Dunkin

In order to expedite ordering at Dunkin’ and avoid longer than necessary wait times in line, Binghamton University Dining Services will be implementing self-ordering kiosks at Dunkin’ in the University Union Tillman Lobby over spring break. We have confidence that the interactive touchscreen computers will improve the services provided at Dunkin’.

BUDS’ greatest asset is the employees who serve the Binghamton campus community every day. We value the job they do to ensure service excellence for our customers. The change we are making at Dunkin’ will not cause any cashiers to lose their employment. The two cashiers affected will work with management and be placed in new positions.
